Hi lovelies! Exciting news! As you may remember, a couple of weeks ago I joined the ranks of The Teacup Trail (which, in my esteemed and completely unbiased opinion, is only the best lit/art magazine ever to grace the earth. Just saying). So far it's been such a wonderful experience - with the exception of, perhaps, the dilemma of which pieces to accept and which to reject. Seriously, you guys, the amount of talent in our submissions is mindblowingly awesome. o.o Plus there's been quite a bit of poetry lately, which, as you'll know, is right up my alley! :D
So guess what?! The Teacup Trail now has a brand-new staff blog on Tumblr! It's nothing particularly formal, like this blog or YA Asylum (to be honest, I don't really think I could keep up with another formal blog!), but rather, just a fun place for the staff of the Trail to ramble about random things. Which, come to think of it, is basically just what I do on this blog as well. So it's not really much of a change. ;)
As Christina, our lovely editor-in-chief, puts it: the staff blog is where we'll post announcements, interviews, submission wishlists, and contributor news. (As matter of fact, there's already some news up - E.R. Warren's AMAZING serial, Burnt Chocolate, Faerie King, is going to be featured on the Trail throughout October, with the ending posted on Halloween! Are you guys as excited as I am?!)
So if you're on Tumblr and are a fan of the magazine (hint: yes, you are. ;)), don't forget to follow us - the link is right here. And to learn a bit more about what we'll actually be posting, click here for our About - written by Christina, who says it better than I ever could. :D Trust me, you don't want to miss out- there'll be announcements, behind-the-scenes news, and a whole lot more!
